Refund & Transfer Policy

Each seat in the Founders Circle is held personally, as accommodations, chef, materials, and the integrity of our small circle of six all depend on it. The following policy is designed to be fair to you and to the women already committed.
More than 4 weeks before the retreat
You may cancel for a full refund of the amount paid, less a $150 administrative fee to cover processing. Simply write to us and we will take care of it.
Within 4 weeks of the retreat
Enrollment becomes non-refundable. However, we know that life happens and we honor that. Your full enrollment will be transferred to the next available retreat at no additional cost, so the work you began does not go to waste.
If we cancel
In the unlikely event we must cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us, or the option to transfer to a future date, whichever you prefer.
