When you apply for a retreat, we collect your name, email, phone number, suite preference, any coupon code, and the notes you choose to share about what you hope to receive. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide in your application.
How we use it
We use your information solely to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the retreat, send pre-arrival details, and follow up after the experience. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Write to us at info@happinessleadership.institute and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
